 There is no denying that the wedding day is the most important day for the bride and the groom.
But it would be unfair to pretend that the people who accompany you during the day and who are an essential part of your ceremony don’t matter. Your bridesmaids and groomsmen take the preparations just as seriously as you do. However, too many are taken for granted. It’s time to give these extraordinary friends and relatives who stand by you on your big day the attention they deserve. This article is entirely dedicated to bridesmaids. If you’ve been a bridesmaid before, you probably know exactly what this means: Working hard to meet the expectations of the bride, reassuring your friend when she has a cold feet moment just before the ceremony, and advising on colors, shapes, and decor all year long. Bridesmaids deserve some recognition for their efforts!  So much thought goes into creating the perfect wedding. There’s the dress to think about, the food, the decor, and the people you want to invite. But bringing the whole event together is a bit of an art form.
The good news is that there are dozens of themes to choose from that will inspire your guests and make it a day to remember.  Your entire life, you have daydreamed about the way that you want your wedding to play out. You’ve envisioned the way the crystals on your dress catch the light as you swish through your venue. You’ve thought about the way that your groom will look at you adoringly as you glide towards him to say your vows. You have mooned over the first dance song, and already decided on the shoes you’ll change into for extra comfort.  Asking someone to marry you is a pretty big deal. Luckily, it doesn’t have to be a big surprise anymore - and we’re far past the point of the woman having to hang around and wait for her man to propose. Today, anyone can ask the big question and decide if they want to make it a grand gesture or just casually popping it during a weeknight dinner.

 The Dress Matters had a Fantasy Wedding on April 29, 2018 at the Clarion Hotel at the Philadelphia Airport. A couple renewed their vows, vendors set up awesome displays and brides won fabulous prizes. Here are some images by Jason Oliver Photography from the event.
 The Dress Matters has beautiful wedding dresses, but there is nothing like the bridal experiences offered at the boutique. One of the lovely experiences is the bridal brunch, which is held on Sunday mornings. While the bride tries on dresses, her entourage is treated to sweet treats and mimosas!
